Salary: $110,000-$130,000/year
Salary is commensurate with experience and is an estimated range provided by JBC.
Responsibilities:
- Big Idea Creation: Drive the ideation process, consistently bringing innovative and impactful concepts to the table.
- Client Interactions: Present and articulate your visionary ideas to both internal teams and external clients, serving as the creative lead on key accounts.
- Collaboration: Work in synergy with strategists, motion designers, and developers to breathe life into your concepts.
- Design Mastery: Produce high-quality designs across various mediums, ensuring they align with the brand's essence and the big idea's core.
- Mentorship: Share your expertise and inspire junior designers, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
- Pitch Participation: Be an active voice in pitches, leveraging your big ideas to win over prospective clients.
Requirements:
- An impressive portfolio showcasing your capability in ideation and execution across various mediums and brands.
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Digital Design, or a related field. Advanced degrees are a plus.
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in a design role with a proven track record of generating big ideas.
- Proficiency in design tools like Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma, Miro.
