JBC is growing! We are hiring Senior Digital Marketing Recruiters (Mid-Level to Experienced) to join our growing Recruitment teams.
These recruiters will play a key role in identifying top candidates for our external clients. They will be actively sourcing talent to fill roles, conducting searches on LinkedIn and other job boards, networking, resume reviewing, interviewing, and acting as a point of contact throughout the hiring process. These recruiters will be offering expertise, advice, and consultation to their candidates and our clients. This person will be focused on filling digital marketing roles across various industries (fashion/retail, consumer/CPG/lifestyle, beauty/health/wellness/cannabis, technology/digital pr/marketing/creative agencies, etc.)
Candidates should have:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- Minimum 5+ years recruiting or hiring experience (agency or in-house)
- Experience hiring roles that include: Digital Marketing, Social Media, PR, Advertising, SEO, Brand Marketing, Influencer Marketing, etc.
- Account management experience
- A network of talent that are eager to work with you
- Strong organizational skills to effectively manage a high volume of requisitions, candidates, and/or client management
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interview and communicate to candidates and clients
- Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and other networking tools to actively source candidates
- Proven track record of success achieving and exceeding metrics and goals
- Eager attitude and entrepreneurial spirit
