Title: Senior Account Executive

Salary: $100,000-$150,000

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with major off-price and big-box retailers.
  • Manage existing accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and fostering long-term partnerships.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company’s market presence.
  • Collaborate with the design and production teams to align product offerings with market demand and retailer needs.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with retail partners to achieve sales targets and maximize profitability.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and retail performance to provide strategic insights and recommendations.
  • Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis to senior management.
  • Attend trade shows, industry events, and retailer meetings to promote the brand and build industry connections.
  • Ensure seamless order processing, delivery, and post-sale support to retailers.


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Fashion Merchandising, or related field.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in sales or account management within the women's or juniors apparel industry.
  • MUST have established relationships with major off-price and big-box retailers.
  • Must be willing to establish new prospects and new business as well as maintain existing business
  • Willingness to support a growing company on all levels including provide training, new processes, procedures, and feedback current and new sales team members
  • Strong understanding of the fast fashion market and consumer trends.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and self-motivated approach.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
