Title: Sales Supervisor
Company Description: Luxury Children’s Apparel Brand
Location: Central Valley, New York
Salary: $37,000-$45,000
*Salary is commensurate with experience and is an estimated range provided by JBC*

Responsibilities:

  • Lead, motivate, and manage a team of sales associates to achieve store targets and deliver a seamless customer experience.
  • Provide coaching, feedback, and training to team members to enhance their product knowledge, selling techniques, and clienteling skills.
  • Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and development of new team members.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, offering personalized service to drive repeat business and loyalty.
  • Ensure that all customers receive a warm welcome and a memorable shopping experience.
  • Resolve customer inquiries and issues promptly and professionally.
  • Achieve and exceed personal and store sales goals through effective team management and individual performance.
  • Monitor and analyze sales metrics, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing action plans.
  • Support the execution of visual merchandising standards to enhance product presentation and store ambiance.
  • Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, inventory management, and cash handling.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards.
  • Assist with stock replenishment, product transfers, and inventory control.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a leadership role within luxury retail, preferably in the kids' apparel sector.
  • Proven track record in clienteling and building long-term customer relationships.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop a high-performing team.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Passion for luxury fashion and a deep understanding of the retail environment.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with flexibility in working hours, including weekends and holidays.
