With a global presence and a reputation for pioneering industry innovations, they are seeking a Sales Director to oversee their UK operations in this newly established role, driven by expansion and growth.

The Sales Director will oversee major UK retail accounts, aiming to optimize sales, market share, and sustainable expansion. Collaborating strategically with various teams (including Marketing, Retail, Sales Operations, Demand Planning, Finance, and Field Teams), they will contribute to the ongoing development of the region.


  • Collaborate with the General Manager UK to strategize for each account, including account planning, trade promotions, and event schedules.
  • Execute and optimize Key Accounts to drive shipments, net sales, and market share growth.
  • Identify opportunities to strengthen the brand's position within key accounts and align with market positioning.
  • Monitor and assess account plan implementation against KPIs, adjusting strategies based on POS data analysis.
  • Provide regular updates on account trends and planning to regional field leadership, including side-by-side comparisons.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for retailers, managing account relationships and negotiations.
  • Manage budget to meet account P&L objectives, attending necessary retailer meetings and collaborating on launch strategies.
  • Coordinate with E-COM, Marketing, Education, and Visual Merchandising teams on special events and new launch planning
  • Work closely with Sales Operations on purchase order tracking and reporting.


  • Proficient in strategic thinking, utilizing analytical reporting to inform decisions, and fostering a collaborative team environment.
  • Hold a Bachelor’s degree alongside a decade of experience in the Beauty and Skincare sector, with a focus on Sales, Account Management, and Marketing spanning over 5 years.
  • Possess business management acumen encompassing Forecasting, P&L management, and strategic planning.
  • Skilled in contract negotiation and implementation, adept at building trustworthy relationships to secure buy-in.
  • Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to develop and deliver impactful presentations.
  • Exhibit an entrepreneurial mind-set and a determined drive for success.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, with experience in luxury department store retailing preferred.
  • Familiarity with SAP systems is desirable.
