Responsibilities:

  • Consistently strives to meet sales targets through effective selling techniques and teamwork.
  • Contributes significantly to boutique sales by consistently achieving targets and delivering memorable in-store experiences.
  • Actively supports and coaches team members on the floor.
  • Shares knowledge about the watch industry and local market competition.
  • Promotes all sales channels to ensure an outstanding customer experience.
  • Suggests new ideas to boost sales through operational action plans.
  • Keeps collective store targets in mind and supports the team in achieving them.
  • Utilizes resources to build long-lasting personal connections with clients.
  • Represents the brand passionately, acting as an ambassador inside and outside the boutique
  • Thinks creatively beyond individual sales objectives, leveraging provided tools.
  • Collects qualitative client data to create personalized strategies for business growth and shares best practices.
  • Adheres to retail and administrative processes.
  • Contributes to daily operations with full autonomy and agility.
  • Efficiently uses all tools and performs visual merchandising.
  • Is proficient in aftersales operations and proactively solves complex cases.
  • Plays a key role in maintaining high store standards and provides improvement recommendations.
  • Ensures compliance with internal control policies.

Requirements:

  • Knowledge of luxury retail
  • Passion for watches, lifestyle trends, technology, and sports
  • Interest in brand history and collections
  • Understanding of sales KPIs: traffic, conversion, sales volume and value, ASP, sales mix
  • Knowledge of client and clienteling KPIs
  • Proficient in selling skills: client discovery, product presentation, storytelling, upselling, objection handling, sales closing
  • Client-centric mindset focused on recruiting new clients and nurturing long-term relationships
  • Open-minded with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong presentation skills, representing the brand in and outside the store
  • Energetic, self-motivated, and results-oriented
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Adaptable and flexible with a knack for new ideas and solutions

Salary:
£33,000-£35,000
