Responsibilities:
- Ensure all store operations adhere strictly to company policies and procedures.
- Fully operate the POS system for all stock transfers, payments, inventory inquiries, and customer database entries.
- Act as the Store Manager in their absence to ensure consistent leadership and operational continuity.
- Maintain overall store facility standards, ensuring cleanliness, functionality, and brand presentation across all areas.
- Coordinate and monitor repairs and maintenance, including lighting, electrical systems, and damaged fixtures or equipment.
- Ensure back-office spaces, stockrooms, maintenance areas, and restrooms are organized and compliant with company guidelines.
- Manage relationships with external vendors, subcontractors, and maintenance providers to ensure high-quality work and upkeep.
- Monitor and control store expenses, maintaining accurate and organized records.
- Oversee proper handling of cash levels, credit card processes, and all transactional accuracy.
- Manage petty cash, payroll support, and financial compliance in alignment with company policy.
- Achieve and maintain inventory accuracy and shrinkage reduction goals.
- Lead and complete all inventory counts and cycle counts according to company standards.
- Process store damages and drive resolution to ensure accurate stock levels.
- Partner with Loss Prevention teams to support physical security, inventory control, risk management, and cash handling procedures.
- Manage scheduling, performance, and communication with third-party security providers.
- Maintain all operational systems and equipment including computers, POS registers, phones, ticketing machines, and music systems.
- Oversee ordering and organization of packaging materials, stationery, and CRM supplies.
- Supervise the receipt, processing, and shipment of all merchandise, transfers, and consignments.
- Ensure timely and accurate customer after-sales service and product movement integrity.
- Support all corporate-driven product transfers, rebalancing efforts, and end-of-season inventory processes.
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of HR documentation, scheduling, and compliance.
- Communicate and enforce company HR and safety policies to all associates.
- Train new hires on back-office operations, including POS and inventory systems.
- Assist in creating and managing associate schedules to ensure optimal coverage.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of high-volume retail experience; luxury retail experience preferred.
- At least 3 years in a leadership role focused on store operations.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with proven ability to manage timelines and prioritize workload.
- Intermediate or higher level of digital literacy and comfort with POS and inventory systems.
- Goal-oriented, proactive, and solutions-focused.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Team player who thrives in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Flexible schedule availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
