Job Title: Producer
Company: Artist Representation Agency with Fashion Photography focus
Location: New York, New York (Hybrid)
Salary: $90,000 – $100,000
*Salary is commensurate with experience and is an estimated range provided by JBC

The client is seeking a high level, ambitious producer to work alongside agents representing world-renowned photographers. This position entails working very closely with the director of the agency and requires someone reliable and efficient. It’s also essential that applicants be comfortable navigating various personalities and situations, with the ability to power through the hectic times.

We are looking for someone accustomed to interacting with high–level artists, who preferably has experience with high-end clients, is extremely organized, pleasant, and respectful, and can also manage intense shoot and post-production schedules.

The position requires flexibility with your time, as you will be working nationally and internationally across various time zones. Must be available on email weekends as necessary and after-hours during high shoot season.


  • Leading ongoing projects and producing all phases of the shoots, coordinating with production companies, talent agencies, photography team, stylist team, hair and make-up agencies, studios, retouchers, EQ companies, etc
  • Leading productions independently – including managing options on all teams including assistants, beauty teams, stylists, set designers as well as booking studios, equipment, casting models, managing/negotiating rates with all vendors
  • Communicating and coordinating information on a daily basis with the photographer’s studios on all aspects of upcoming shoots and travel, this includes detailed update emails
  • Cost controlling budgets ensure productions are within budget
  • Arranging all travel for photographer and team, including flights, hotel, car service, and specialized services in coordination with photographer’s studio
  • Preparing detailed itineraries for each team member for all travel
  • Invoicing, closing out jobs, reconciling and coding American Express statements
  • Coordination of post-production with client, retouchers, and artists and ensuring deadlines are adhered to
  • Liaising with high-end international clients in the fashion industry


  • Extensive experience managing budgets and cost control
  • Must be proficient in excel
  • Must be extremely organized and comfortable multi-tasking
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure with tight timelines
  • Experience booking and managing VIP level travel
  • Strong interest in photography and the fashion industry
  • Adaptability with new computer programs, proficiency in Word Press, Photoshop, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Adobe Acrobat
