Job Title: Digital Marketing Specialist

Job Description: Using best digital practices, drive online sales revenue through the creation of omni-channel digital campaigns (Display, Paid Social, Email, etc.) that are optimized for conversion and awareness. Ensure our website/mobile app is optimized and current. Working closely with the Marketing Manager and Digital Agency, champion online/mobile/social sales to meet revenue and attendance goals according to the digital roadmap.

Major Activities:

  • Create and manage the website, ensuring that all content is on-brand, up-to-date, and accurate using CMS and basic coding (HTML, CSS, etc.).
  • Manage online ticketing products within the website to ensure compliance with advertising best practices.
  • Ensure website compliance with GDPR regulations, including managing all tracking tags and pixels.
  • Create, manage, and implement a CRM strategy in partnership with the Corporate Research, Data & Insights Team, including data capture initiatives and engagement campaigns.
  • Develop and implement online customer acquisition campaigns to drive sales using targeting strategies, programmatic and real-time buys, and other digital best practices. Achieve assigned revenue targets.
  • Provide a proactive commercial approach to the delivery of effective SEO and SEM strategies (Organic and Paid). Manage search budgets to maximize online revenue and minimize cost-of-sale.
  • Oversee effective and cost-efficient online media buying to support acquisition/awareness objectives and provide accurate reporting on media spend/results.
  • Manage QA process throughout the duration of a marketing campaign.
  • Utilize marketing databases effectively and creatively for driving revenue from consumers and trade partners.
  • Develop on-brand engaging creative for use in all owned channels in collaboration with the Marketing Manager and Digital Agency.
  • Optimize the online customer journey and maintain the integrity of the website. Ensure vendors and partners produce quality work for optimal user experience.
  • Research advertising/marketing trends and brainstorm innovative ways to debut content and create new digital programs.
  • Ensure online ads are delivered on time, to specifications, and on budget for each assigned media plan. Provide creative direction with media outlets and partners.
  • Provide reporting through dashboards and analytic tools and present recommendations to adjust digital budgets/campaigns in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with other digital teams and consumer intelligence. Stay current on industry trends and competitive landscape to remain a leader in the attraction space.

Essential Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of website management and online marketing experience.
  • 3-5 years of experience using a Content Management System.
  • 3-5 years of experience using web analytics tools (GA4).
  • 2-3 years of experience working with a creative tool like Photoshop.
  • 2-3 years of experience leveraging social media platforms for paid advertising.
  • Experience with paid media platforms (Google AdWords, Facebook, DV360, etc.).
  • Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
  • Ability to understand holistic marketing objectives and how digital marketing can help supplement the end goals.
  • Ability to shift and adapt quickly, and is comfortable with pivoting strategies.
