Title: Manager/Senior Manager, Growth Marketing
Location: NYC, Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday – 9:30am-7:00pm

Salary: 90-120k plus bonus *Salary is commensurate with experience and is an estimated range provided by JBC.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Own the growth strategy across acquisition marketing channels, with a strong focus on paid social
Manage execution of campaigns, including creative development, asset development, ad operations, optimization, and results analysis.
Lead the creative development of paid social ads while working alongside the creative team
Research the consumer and competitor landscape.
Monitor KPIs and own reporting
Make data-driven recommendations and optimize campaigns
