JBC is hiring! We are seeking someone to join our team as a Business Development focused in Lead Generation.

Overview:

This person will play a key role in new business development / sales, lead generation, and CRM management, etc. This role will be working with our sales executives assisting in the business development process. The function of this role will be identifying cold and warm leads and managing our CRM database. The main focus will be identification and communication for both potential new clients and managing expectations with our internal team to provide white glove service in the hiring process. This person’s responsibilities include generating leads, bringing in a variety of roles, doing initial outreach to contacts, CRM management, and participating on intake calls with clients.

Candidates should have:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • MINIMUM 1 year business development or sales experience in the staffing industry
  • Experience prospecting and closing business / managing the full cycle sales process
  • CRM Management experience required (Bullhorn preferred)
  • Passion for networking and making new connections
  • Proven track record of success achieving and exceeding metrics and revenue goals
  • Ability to manage high volume of client accounts simultaneously
  • Strong organizational skills to effectively manage a high volume of reqs, and client management
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively build relationships with business partners, hiring managers, HR reps
  • Able to collaborate and work as a team
  • Eager attitude and entrepreneurial spirit with a competitive enthusiasm; someone who is HUNGRY and AMBITIOUS.
