B2B Inside sales lead needed for a full time perm engagement based in the general Nyack NY area. In this role in addition to sales you will also be responsible for leading a few team members and keeping them accountable. Currently most of the team does hit their KPIs, looking for someone strong to lead them as they continue to grow.

– Responsible for the KPIs of the Inside Sales team, including motivation for the team to hit those targets and adjusting where necessary.
– Coaching and onboarding will be your responsibility, HR will be available to assist as a resource.
– Oversee Sales Reporting including the weekly Sales PPT & Monthly Sales Reporting.
– Create strategic plans for the future of the Inside Sales Team when necessary.

Manage & Oversee:
— Inside Sales Processes.
— Customer Support Metrics.
— Inbound & Outbound Call Quality/Coaching.
— New Team Member Onboarding.
— Team Member Task/Quote Management.

KPI’s:
— Team Sales.
— Team KPIs.
— Overall Sales Order Accuracy.
— Phone Answering Speed.
— Team ENPS.

Qualifications:
– B2B sales experience
– 5+ years of leadership experience.
– 3+ years of inside sales experience.
– Proficient in Excel.
