The Influencer/ PR & Media Manager will be responsible for executing the influencer and PR/Communications strategy. This person is responsible for the day-to-day decision making and action items related to initiatives and projects for the Brands. Managing the influencer program, working closely with internal and external agencies and influencer platforms to select, brief and manage influencer content and how/when to integrate media into larger brand campaigns. Collaboration with social media manager, content drivers and marketing to integrate influencer partners into pitch calendar and ongoing media opportunities.

On the PR side, innovates Brand approach to engagement with media, virtual media, event planning, retail and media kit packets. This person will liaison with internal leadership and our PR agency on opportunities for the brand, produce pitch sheets and coordinate seeding of product to influencers and editors, identify and coordinate media opportunities and build out potential product placement plan for the Brands.
Supports the Dir. Social Commerce & Community in all Brand social & PR marketing efforts.

This job is for you if
• Engage in brainstorming sessions to develop creative concepts to support integrated and 360 marketing campaigns with a heavy focus on Influencer and PR across all digital platforms and channels
• Identify key influencer partners for a variety of brands across multiple categories (Apparel/fashion, home, beauty)
• Collaborate with internal teams to support the development of influencer strategies, helping to build campaigns that meet brand objectives
• Manage influencer campaigns after the point of contract signing – seeing the creator through their content development, posting, all the way to reporting
• Supervise third-party vendors/influencers and other outside resources that are used to execute key elements of the program
• Develop relationships with influencers relevant to Brands, and identify synergies and relevancy between our brands and potential partners
• Develop post-campaign reporting, implementing reporting structure, and ensuring that tracking methods are considered prior to the campaign launch
• Responsible for the day-to-day media relations and PR decision-making as it relates to larger brands initiatives
• Experience developing and implementing tactical plans that build and nurture PR/media relationships
• Ability to tightly integrate those efforts with larger brand campaign efforts
• Works with marketing, creative and external partners on PR opportunities for the brands
• Build and manages pitch calendar, identifying media placement opportunities
• Finds innovative & thoughtful ways to integrate influencer partners into pitch calendar and ongoing media opportunities
• Regularly distributes media and product placement reporting to leadership, integrates with larger scale reporting efforts as required
• Assists in managing sponsorships, donations, and charitable giving, loyalty and sweepstakes programs
• Champions evolving Corporate Social Responsibility strategy in partnership with Brand leadership

You’re going to need this to carry out this job
• College Degree in communications, social media/PR, or related marketing degree • 3-5 years of experience developing influencer & media programs
• Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Instagram, Google+ and other social media best practices and platforms
• Ability to adapt and navigate new tools and platforms
• Strong understanding of trends and industry benchmarks
• Ability to drive KPIs and connection points to social commerce
• Excellent multitasking & time-management skills
• Flexibility, resourcefulness and an ability to thrive in a fast-paced, changing and growing environment
• Great interpersonal, presentation and communication skills
