Title of Job: Human Resources Administrative Manager
Company Description: Growing multi-brand skincare company
Location: New York, NY
Salary: $85,000 – $90,000 
*Salary is commensurate with experience and is an estimated range provided by JBC

As the Human Resources Administration Manager, you will be a key member of the HR team responsible for overseeing and managing various administrative functions within the HR department. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring smooth HR operations and compliance with policies and regulations.

Principal Accountabilities 
• Maintain and Update HR policies and procedures to align with legal requirements and company standards.
• Ensure consistent application of HR policies across the organization.
• Oversee the maintenance of accurate and confidential employee records, both in physical and electronic formats.
• Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations or other applicable laws.
• Act as the Main point of contact for our current PEO service.
• Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement, paid time off, etc.
• Assist employees with benefits-related inquiries and enrollment processes.
• Stay up to date with employment laws and regulations and ensure the Company’s compliance.
• Prepare and submit required HR reports to regulatory agencies (1095, ACA, EEO, etc).
• Oversee all immigration-related matters, including H1B visa applications, processing and compliance.
• Ensure adherence to immigration laws and regulations and collaborate with legal counsel.
• Conduct periodic internal HR audits to ensure adherence to policies and regulations.
• Recommend improvements and new procedures and protocols as necessary.

Key Experience and Skills
? Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
? Prove experience in HR administration or related roles, with a strong understanding of HR functions and regulations.
? Proficiency with HR-related software
? Strong attention to detail
? Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
? Knowledge of Labor Laws and Regulations.

Skill Sets
? A deep understanding of human resource principles, policies, and procedures.
? A robust knowledge of state-by-state FLA, as well as knowledge about FMLA
? Proficiency in STD, LTD, and ADD administrations, as well as workman’s comp procedures.
? Knowledge of key programs, Maternity/Parental Leave, Health Insurance, 401K.
? Understanding and adherence to labor laws (federal, state, and local).
? Expertise in Immigration laws, visa processes, and compliance.
? Legal and ethical awareness, having a strong ethical foundation, and awareness of legal and ethical considerations in HR practices.
