Job Title: HR Tax Temp

Start Date: ASAP

Duration: 3-4 months

Location: NYC (1x per week in-office)

FT Hours

Job Description:

Looking for a temp to support HR Mobility administration (tax return support and expense processing) and I-9 work

Experience with mobility or immigration support plus!

  • Workday experience great!
  • Must have Excel

General (Expat related, relocation etc.)

  • Update allowance sheet for expats monthly payment
  • Work with vendors to initiate local & expat’s relocation
  • Workday Start IA & End IA
  • Receive tax refunds & security deposit checks and forward to finance team
  • Receive notices from IRS and state tax authorities forward to KPMG for additional actions
  • Invoice management
  • (Arrange Secondment agreement) – only when we have enough time


  • Complete Visa request forms for initiation
  • Arrange LCA posting and complete PIF for H1B cap
  • Print out visa application documents for signature process and coordinate shipping (only when we come back to office)
  • Manage and update the latest expiration dates for employee’s visa, I94 etc.
  • Confirm FICA status determination for local employee
  • (Clean up PIF) – only when we have enough time

Tax Return (Start around Feb – )

  • Arrange additional tax payment for Expats tax return with AP team
  • Keep tracking the status
  • Arrange tax return package and send an instruction to expats

(I-9 project) – only if the term is extended

  • Shred expired I9
  • Review paper form I9 etc..
