A dynamic Head of Brands is required to join a great  Marketing team and sit within the London office. (the client are happy to undertake a hybrid working from home / office role)
Reporting to the Director of Marketing & Brand, you will be an integral part of shaping and bringing the Marketing Strategy to life.  

?    Create and own the marketing plan through appropriate, proactive and timely multi-channel marketing campaigns that look to drive customer growth through acquisition and retention
?    You’ll own the relationship with media and creative agencies. Thus, be responsible for the planning, execution and measurement for  ATL activity both media and creative.
?    Responsible for a multi-million £ ATL media budget and delivering business performance
?    Champion the understanding of consumers behaviours & motivations to leverage growth, delivered through consumer-driven strategy & brand positioning
?    Challenge and influence at a senior level the direction of the Brand, bringing ideas, inspiration and creative thinking
?    Regularly communicate, present to & influence key stakeholders to seek alignment & support, from CEO and CMO as well as other functional collaborators
?    Craft marketing toolkits that excite & mobilise the business behind activities, making execution seamless 
?    Management and development of a Brand team to ensure projects are on brand, to budget and to deadline
?    End to end project management; from ideas generation through to execution and measurement.  Ensuring, timeliness of delivery and to budget
?    Accountable for developing & delivering appropriate brand assets and campaign materials
?    Support on social media to ensure social is continuously growing and that content is progressive as well as engaging

The succesful candidate should have –
?    10+ yrs experience in Brand & ATL Marketing – ideally within a media or advertising agency environment as well as within hyper growth consumer businesses 
?    Strong media planning, buying and measurement experience across a wide range of media channels
?    Experience delivering new ATL creative assets
?    Experience financial planning, forecasting and budget control for multi-million £ media budgets
?    Consumer focused – track record of leading customer focused, rapid growth digital brands
??    Able to demonstrate brand & business performance impact of multi-million £ Brand/ATL campaigns
?    The creation and use of customer segmentation to inform Brand & ATL strategy/plan
?    Experience working and managing external partners and agencies
?    Ability to understand / interpret data to drive strategic business decisions 
?    Balance of creative as well as analytical skills
