Title: Growth Marketing Manager, Aesthetics
Company: Premier medical aesthetics company
Location: Dallas, TX (hybrid OR remote)

Position Summary: 

Seeking an experienced Growth Marketer to champion and drive our revenue generators thru entire sales cycle, from awareness to conversion, to retention and portfolio referrals. This individual will generate and analyze internal and external data sources to help prioritize and optimize resources & programs designed to generate new accounts, same store yields, expand cross product selling and patient demand while increasing account retention and mitigating competitive threats effectively and efficiently. 



Responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to the following:


  • Support and collaborate across all brands & relevant departments to ensure Growth Marketing initiatives applicable across entire portfolio
  • Improve lead generation and sales conversion rates via existing or new business focused programs
  • Formalize and oversee quarterly business reviews with Sales Leadership and Analytics team
  • Active participant in monthly sales review, MBR and other germane meetings
  • Collaborate and provide direction to Digital and Social Media teams to ensure content, messaging and CTA’s are meeting monthly / Quarterly expectations
  • Conduct periodic (as needed) program pilots
  • Produce and present monthly campaign performance updates



  • At least 5 years’ experience in Aesthetic / Dermatology marketing role
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and collaborate with brand leaders and cross-functional department heads, such Medical Affairs, Regulatory, Sales, National Accounts, Training.
  • Strong track record of previous growth marketing performance
  • Outstanding written, oral and presentations skills
  • Proficient knowledge of sales analytics, Salesforce CRM, Google Analytics, SEO/ SEM, DAM, LMS and other marketing support platforms
  • Excels in complex problem solving and utilizes / relies on data to guide strategy and direction (highly creative, yet data driven)
  • Willingness to “fail fast” and adapt strategy and grow
  • ~30% travel will be necessary to attend key internal and external meetings, customer engagements and research.
