Our large skincare client is looking for a Graphic Designer to develop creative concepts and content to support brand initiatives including product launches, campaigns, web, and social.
Responsibilities:
– Develop creative concepts and content for brand initiatives.
– Use market insights to generate effective ideas.
– Lead creative execution and ensure timely delivery.
– Manage production teams and external partners.
– Provide guidance and mentorship to creative teams.
– Collaborate with Marketing Leads to assign work.
– Champion creative problem-solving.
Requirements:
– Bachelor's degree.
– 5+ years of experience in cross-channel campaigns.
– Leadership experience in multidisciplinary teams.
– Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud tools.
– Strong aesthetic background and trend awareness.
– Excellent communication skills.
– Business acumen combined with creative authority.
