Our client, an industry-leading luxury Beauty brand, is seeking to hire a positive, strategic, and creative Global Product Marketing Manager who will focus on the Fragrance category and work collaboratively to create and deliver innovation plans for all channels. The Global Product Marketing Manager, Fragrance focuses on developing the innovation pipeline and will be involved with stage – from concept to commercialization – and will lead the go-to market strategy.
Responsibilities:
- Support product launch calendar Go-To-Market implementation for the fragrance category: deliver launches, product optimizations and reanimations, sampling, promotions, and kits/sets in partnership with internal key stakeholders
- Working with the team to manage cost and margin targets
- Ownership of product sustainability – vetting ingredients and packaging, key messaging
- Deliver innovation concepts based on market research and data
- Drive ongoing analysis of the category and provide data-informed recommendations for product portfolio
- Develop category and product GTM toolkit, define channel needs, and ensure GTM toolkits are aligned
- Manage and optimize the performance of new products once in the market, updating messaging playbook and marketing pivots, distributing to cross-functional teams as needed
- Work with R&D and Regulatory to recommend desired product claims for efficacy testing and final claims
- Prepare comprehensive product marketing presentations
- With cross-functional team input, track and analyze product launches for key consumer and market learnings
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required
- 5+ years of beauty and fragrance global marketing experience
- 2+ years of experience in the Fragrance category is preferred
- Strong attention to detail, organizational, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Experience managing & developing direct reports
- Must be comfortable working a hybrid schedule in NYC
