Title: Full-Time Stock Support Associate

Location: Central Valley, New York
Salary: $37,000- $41,000
*Salary is commensurate with experience and is an estimated range provided by JBC*

Responsibilities:

• Complete all processing and receiving activities in accordance with productivity standards timelines
• Learn and apply packing policies & techniques to ensure that every customer receives his/her package in good condition
• Participate in stockroom maintenance, organization, and housekeeping
• Assist in the replenishment of stock onto the sales floor
• Assist in inventory process and markdown process
• Assist the Management Team in the movement of fixtures and merchandise for new products, season changes, and clearance set

Requirements:

• 1-3 years of related experience
• Ability to work nights and weekends
• Proven skills and experience with Microsoft Word and Excel
• Excellent communication skills including the ability to communicate over the phone and via email
• Good organizational skills; detail-oriented
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to interact politely and professionally with customers and coworkers
• Ability to learn and effectively use inventory and POS systems
