Our client is a major entertainment provider. They are currently looking for a freelance email developer and designer . This is 3 month contract on site in Glendale, CA.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Create and code interactive email experiences leveraging strong knowledge of HTML/CSS
• Create and/or update email templates
• Troubleshoot HTML/CSS emails
• Prepare and build emails on a weekly basis, while applying email best practices in email development
• Test email compatibility with all web browsers and devices while ensuring links and images are rendering correctly
• Provide general support across the D23 Marketing Team, including Web and Events
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Strong knowledge of Content Management Systems (e.g., WordPress, etc.)
• Prior experience in using design tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud, etc.)
• Proven ability to successfully prioritize and handle multiple tasks
• Quick-learner with ability to take direction, work under pressure and operate as part of a team
• Excellent verbal and communication skills
• An extreme attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• High sense of responsibility and confidentiality
• Ability to deal effectively with people at all levels
• Familiarity of The Walt Disney Company brand and its businesses
REQUIREMENTS:
• Advanced knowledge and understanding of HTML/CSS
• Proficient in responsive email design and front-end development
• Knowledgeable of email compliance regulations
• Familiarity with email marketing and marketing automation technology
• Prior experience using Dreamweaver and Adobe Analytics, but not required
• Strong knowledge of Content Management Systems (e.g., WordPress, etc.)
