Our client is a large retail store. And provides affordable home decor, clothing and more. They are currently looking for a remote freelance Digital Operations Content Support Specialist. They are looking for help with the implementation of new systems.

Responsibilities:

Create/modify website pages including categories, PLPs, Galleries, Buying Guides, Customer Service pages, Vanity URLs, and Redirects.
Work with a suite of online tools including Content Management Tools (CMS). Partner closely with cross-functional and global teams and help identify site error root causes and resolutions.
Work with Engineers to help improve existing systems, tools, and processes.
Help with Digital Operations Support process improvement and governance.

Qualifications:

3-5 Years of experience in a Retail, CPG, or agency setting
