Freelance Asset Manager Coordinator

Job Title: Asset Manager Coordinator

Job Location: Santa Monica, CA – hybrid
Job Duration: ASAP – 6 months, possible extension  
Pay Rate Range: $30-35/hr
 

• Receive digital assets directly from content partners and manage those files by adhering to and maintaining digital naming conventions, file management, metadata application, and quality control
• Support the internal management of photography
• Ensure all digital assets and deliverables are organized and available to internal stakeholders prior to show launches
• Collaborate closely with Creative, Content Marketing, Production, Legal, Brand Marketing and various departments as required
• Perform administrative duties such as user group creation and permission setting, staff training, workflow configuration, validation of system functionality, bulk asset transfer and metadata tagging, and metadata template configuration; and performs all related functions as needed.
• 1-2 years’ experience ideally
• Library science background
