Title: Executive Search Consultant

Location: No Preference  / Open to Remote

 

Responsibilities: 

You will play a key role in sourcing and screening candidates, business development, and client management. You will be actively sourcing talent to fill roles with our external clients. This includes but is not limited to: conducting searches on LinkedIn and other job boards, networking, resume reviews, interviewing/screening candidates, acting as a point of contact throughout the hiring process, offering expertise, advice, and consultation to candidates and clients.  

 

Requirements:  

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience 

  • Minimum 2+ years recruiting experience, including Retained or Leadership search (Director level + above)  

  • Account management experience  

  • Business development experience a plus  

  • A network of talent that know you and are eager to work with you  

  • Retail and home furnishing experience 

  • Strong organizational skills to effectively manage a high volume of req’s, candidates, and clients Excellent interpersonal and communication skills  

  • Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and other networking tools to actively source candidates  

  • Proven track record of success in achieving and exceeding metrics and goals 

  • Eager attitude and entrepreneurial spirit 

Salary: $50,000 – $75,000
Salary is commensurate with experience and is an estimated range provided by JBC.
