Title of Job: Education Assistant Manager
Company Description: Growing multi-brand skincare company
Location: New York, NY
Salary: $75,000 – $85,000
*Salary is commensurate with experience and is an estimated range provided by JBC

The Education Assistant Manager is responsible for supporting the Education team in conceptualizing, building, and implementing all Education initiatives for Internal Sales Teams, Department Store, and Sephora. Assisting in the development of Digital Learning Platforms and support in build out of future iterations and extensions. Assistance in creating, editing, and optimizing video educational content. Collaborating on projects cross functionally and seeing opportunities in an ever-evolving retail landscape.

This individual must motivated, passionate about skincare and the beauty space, have exceptional organizational skills and a no job is too big or too small mentality.


Principal Accountabilities

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

· Create engaging, concise and creative educational and training content.

· Organize Education inventory and own tracking systems.

· Edit & Optimize video content for education.

· Create content for, as well as review and edit Digital Learning materials.

· Collaborate with cross functional teams for alignment and support.

· Plan, attend, participate in department meetings and conference calls

· Plan and maintain rapidly changing education calendars and agendas.



Qualification and Experience

§ Luxury & Sephora skincare education experience preferred.

§ Sales experience preferred, but not required

§ Strong Microsoft Office skills.

§ Video creation experience (script writing/editing) preferred.

§ Bilingual; Korean and English and/or Spanish and English a plus (not required)

§ Video creation experience (script writing/editing) preferred.
§ BA or higher degree required.

§ Ability to travel (including some weekends) as needed
