E-commerce Manager

Title: E-Commerce Manager
Location: King of Prussia, PA (Hybrid)
Company: Biotech/Organic Skincare Brand

Responsibilities:

• Manage digital marketing campaigns and DTC platforms
• Work cross functional with commercial, marketing, and creative teams.
• Manage online activity; traffic acquisition, sales, conversion, and A/B testing
• Develop ecommerce strategies and industry practices
• Test/audit Shopify site and third-party applications
• Ensure sites that feed into Shopify work seamless with positive user experience.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in eCommerce or digital marketing
• Bachelors degree in related field
• Shopify required, Shopify+ preferred, Google Analytics, Klaviyo, and Facebook Ad Manager.
• Understanding of PPC, SEO, SMS, social media, display, and affiliate channels
• Preferred experience in consumer goods, specifically beauty, skincare, wellness, fashion
