Responsibilities:
• Provides leadership and direction to internal teams in all areas of merchandise planning.
• Manages the planning department to achieve goals within available resources; plans and organizes workloads and staff assignments
• Planning for wholesale, retail and ecommerce
• Partner with Majors wholesale planning teams for merchandise mark-down cadences.
• Other ad hoc projects to provide data to the executive management teams.
• Bachelor's Degree
• Merchandise Planning experience in contemporary fashion
• Minimum of 5 years of Supervision/management experience
• Strong leadership skills with an ability to motivate direct reports.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities
• Proficient in Excel. Experience with SkyPad, Joor, and NuOrder a plus.
