Title: Digital Marketing Manager
Location: West Loop, Chicago – onsite 5 days a week

Salary:  $75-95K Salary is commensurate with experience and is an estimated range provided by JBC

Our client is looking for a Digital Marketing Manager who will be responsible for telling the firm’s story across multiple channels and to multiple audiences.

Responsibilities
• Develop and execute on email strategy with the support of the team
• Develop proper tracking and reporting for email marketing; drive email database growth
• Develop and execute a firm wide, results-driven organic and paid social media strategy
• Collaborate with marketing & communications team to create a social media calendar
• Create engaging content for all social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram & LinkedIn)
• Interact with social community, respond to messages, inquiries, and comments
• Drive audience growth and engagement across all platforms
• Play a key role in the development of paid social media campaigns
• Maintain consistent brand messaging throughout all platforms
• Use reporting & analytics tools to monitor digital platforms successes and challenges
• Suggest new digital platforms and tools
 
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field
• 5-7 years of social media marketing & content development experience
• Direct experience using social media management tools
• Experience in Adobe Creative Cloud or other digital media editing tools
• Ability to occasionally work after normal business hours to attend and capture content at special events and brand activations
