Desktop Support/IT

Job Title: Desktop Support/IT
Pay: $65-85K Annually 
Location: NYC- Hybrid – onsite 2-3 days per week 
Start: ASAP 2023 

Requirements:

• Intermediate network skills – network addressing, VPN, routing, switching, cabling, etc.
• Windows 10/11 installation, configuration and management/support.
• MS Office / O365 installation, configuration and management/support.
• Hardware troubleshooting – laptop, desktop (dell, Lenovo, MacBook).
• Imaging tools, cloning OS, restore.
• Proficient with remote assistance tools.
• Proficient with cloud storage usage and management.
• Proficient with general video conferencing equipment (setup, configuration, troubleshooting).
• Basic skills with Active Directory, Exchange, Windows server.

Qualifications:

• Ability to work in a dynamic environment.
• Ability and willingness to offer support off hours when needed.
• Ability to communicate with end users calmly and clearly.
• Must be organized and able to organize information for reporting.
