Title: Design Consultant

Location: Naples, Florida

Responsibilities include:

Sales Generation:

• Meet or exceed personal and Store sales goals
• Product knowledge: develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of products
• Prospect for new business on a regular basis utilizing company programs and tools
• Help customers in a courteous, knowledgeable, and genuinely interested manner
• Suggest additional items based on assessing customer needs
• Exceptional communication skills

Experience:

• Capacity to use and promote sales tools to support sales (eg rendering)
• Previous experience or education in either luxury home furnishings industry, interior design, sales or architecture preferred
• Superior communication skills, both verbal and written
• Retail Experience
• Experience with a POS system and proficient with MS Office software and web navigation
• Attention to detail and outstanding problem-solving skills
