Our client is a world-renowned Italian perfume brand that can trace its roots back centuries and whose portfolio now includes cosmetics, fragrances, and wellness products. They are looking for a number of Client Advisors for their London boutiques.
Job purpose:
As a Client Advisor, you are passionate about beauty and cosmetics and committed to upholding the brand’s rich heritage. You will be responsible for bringing the brand’s vision, values, and mission to life, guiding clients through an immersive experience into the world of luxury.
You take pride in achieving personal sales targets and contributing to the store's overall success. Your focus is on delivering exceptional customer experiences, fostering strong client relationships, and ensuring that every interaction is memorable. By creating brand loyalty, you will transform each visit into a luxury shopping experience.
You are a reliable team player who actively supports colleagues and management, while handling all responsibilities within your department with dedication and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
– Consistently meet and exceed individual and store sales targets, while contributing to business growth.
– Implement strategies with the Store Manager and stay informed about the store’s performance.
– Provide outstanding customer service, offering in-depth product knowledge and elevating the client experience.
– Build lasting relationships with clients through the use of CRM tools, tailoring future opportunities for client engagement.
– Actively seek cross-selling opportunities to introduce clients to the full range of products.
– Ensure brand loyalty through exceptional service and the implementation of the “Brand Selling Ceremony.”
– Collaborate with colleagues to maintain a positive work environment and deliver an outstanding customer experience.
– Assist with stock management, product presentation, and maintaining visual standards in line with company guidelines.
Qualifications:
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
– Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
– Proven experience in building strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
– Strong problem-solving skills and the flexibility to adapt to changing circumstances.
– Ability to exceed sales targets and KPIs, while delivering superior customer service.
– Familiarity with luxury retail, the client discovery process, and selling ceremonies is a plus.
– Proficiency in English, with additional language skills being an advantage.
– Minimum of 3 years of sales experience, ideally in luxury retail or beauty.
– Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
