Salary Range: 22-25/hr

Cash Application Clerk is responsible for applying all cash collected, in addition to some credit and collections activities. They will assist in maintaining an accurate, up-to-date aging of the Accounts Receivable for the company:

Responsibilities:
– Apply all cash receipts to outstanding customer accounts to reconcile to bank daily
– Process NSF checks back to Accounts Receivable
– Monitor and adjust unapplied payments daily
– Access all resources to find remit-to information daily
– Initiate collection calls or emails
– Reconciling customer accounts
– Assist Cash Application Supervisor as needed

Requirements:
– Experience in cash application and collections
– Experience working in a corporate environment with high volume accounts
– A team player, passionate, high energy and flexible regarding work assigned.
– Bachelor’s degree in Finance or a minimum of 5 years of Account and or Bookkeeping experience
– High Radius Cash Application Module experience required
– Strong attention to detail
– Excel spreadsheets, using formulas and formatting
– Solution focused
– Comprehension of written instructions (including policy and procedure manuals) – PowerPoint skills
– Excellent communication skills
