Salary: $100-110k base salary + commission

Our client, an industry-leading beauty/wellness Creative and Marketing Advertising agency is seeking a Business Development Manager. Candidates must have proven experience with marketing and advertising sales, developing client partnerships combined with a beauty/wellness industry network. The team is looking to partner with a results-driven and data-driven Business Development professional results-driven who has excellent client management skills.
Responsibilities
- The Business Development Manager will focus on sales and building new business by conducting client sales presentations and educating clients on the agency services
- Responsible for leading RFI/RFP submissions, creating budgets, briefing internal stakeholders, building proposals, and defining deliverables and project goals; support with client onboarding
- Meet and exceed quarterly and annual revenue goals, forecast and track sales
- Identify areas of opportunity within the beauty and wellness industry, develop healthy pipelines, and cultivate relationships with potential future clients
- Build sales strategies that support business goals and objectives
- Stay abreast of industry and client challenges and identify marketing solutions that will support client business
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of Marketing/Advertising and Digital Media sales experience
- Strong network and contacts within the beauty, wellness, and personal care (CPG) categories are required
- Positive attitude, collaborative work approach, and a proven track record of success in developing business with new clients
- Creative, excellent written and verbal communication, and strong presentation skills
- Willing to travel as needed
