Salary: $70,000-$100,000

Responsibilities:

• Meet and exceed sales targets and key metrics
• Increase customer conversion and retention by fostering a culture of best-in-class customer experience, achieving sales targets and customer satisfaction goals.
• Host virtual and in-person stylist appointments, focused on increasing customer satisfaction and driving sales, especially among new customers.
• Network with VIP client base and create a client portfolio through off-site meetings and appointments.
• Offer a world-class service in line with the brand’s premium identity.
• Be a key ambassador within the community

Requirements: 

• At least 7+ years of sales experience. Luxury experience preferred
• A high net-worth client portfolio 
• Motivated self-starter with a positive can-do attitude
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent under pressure and can adapt quickly in an ever-evolving environment
• A flexible schedule that matches the needs of a fast-paced environment
