Job Title: Bookkeeper
Start Date: ASAP

Location: Remote (NYC Based)
Hours: PT Hours to start (will move to FT Hours after 1-2 months)
Job Description: Looking for an experienced bookkeeper with a strong understanding of the fashion industry who has a knowledge of wholesale, factors and working with a small business

5+ years’ experience

Will reconcile bank accounts, credit cards, assist with new hire onboarding and paperwork, tax forms, IRS notices, etc.

Will communicate daily with team and accountant

Experience with factor – aging reports, knowing what needs to be reconciled, customer own factor

Knowledge of ADP required

Knowledge of TaxJar (retail sales + websites) is preferred
