Salary is commensurate with experience and is an estimated range provided by JBC.
Responsibilities: Looking for an experienced bookkeeper with a strong understanding of the fashion industry who has a knowledge of wholesale, factors and working with a small business.
– Will communicate daily with team and accountant
– Will reconcile bank accounts, credit cards, assist with new hire onboarding and paperwork, tax forms, IRS notices, etc.
Requirements:
– 5+ years’ experience
– Experience with factors, aging reports, knowing what needs to be reconciled customer own factor
– Knowledge of ADP required
– Knowledge of TaxJar (retail sales + websites) is preferred
