Title: Associate Creative Director

Comp: $120-$140K Salary is commensurate with experience and is an estimated range provided by JBC.

Our agency client for B2B and tech companies is looking for an ACD to join their team. In this role, you will lead efforts on a range of creative services including brand strategy and development, campaign development, event marketing, outdoor advertising, and more.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead collaboration, brainstorms, and concept sessions with multiple teams or clients for campaigns, creative concepts and copy, and activations 
  • Have oversight and accountability of projects from start to finish by ensuring top quality of all creative deliverables and taking on the role of brand guardian for clients
  • Concept, design and copy development for integrated campaigns that meet the business goals of our clients (print, digital, ooh, environmental, motion)
  • Collaborate with digital UX strategists and UI designers and developers to extend brand concepts to web experiences
  • Lead client relationships by representing the agency’s creative ‘product’–selling concepts to and consulting with clients
  • Lead, manage, and mentor art directors, designers, freelancers and interns to foster a positive and supportive growth-oriented environment
  • Work independently and cooperatively on multiple simultaneous projects with teams (may include 5 or more), meeting deadlines and budget constraints, and scheduling project implementation based on workload
  • Support on new business efforts, pitches and presentations
  • Stay on top of advertising, design, B2B marketing and industry trends, and connect with the design community
