Title: Assistant Store Manager

Salary: $30,000- $37,000

Responsibilities:

• Customer Service Excellence: Lead by example in delivering exceptional customer service to ensure a positive shopping experience for every customer.
• Team Leadership: Assist the Store Manager in recruiting, training, and motivating a team of sales associates. Provide guidance and support to team members to achieve sales targets and uphold company standards.
• Visual Merchandising: Collaborate with the Store Manager to create visually appealing displays that showcase our products and attract customers.
• Inventory Management: Assist in managing inventory levels, including receiving shipments, conducting regular stock checks, and ensuring accurate record-keeping.
• Sales and Performance: Work with the Store Manager to analyze sales data and develop strategies to increase store profitability. Monitor key performance indicators and take proactive measures to address any areas of improvement.
• Operational Efficiency: Help maintain store cleanliness and organization, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Problem Solving: Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a professional and timely manner. Escalate complex issues to the Store Manager as needed.

Requirements:

• At least 6 months of experience in a leadership role within a retail environment.
• Passion for fashion and a keen eye for style trends.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and basic computer skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent
