Title: Assistant Store Manager

Responsibilities:
-Meet and exceed personal sales goals while leading the team in how to maximize sales and develop client books
-Reporting KPI's and holding the team accountable to individual goals
-Visual merchandising and acting as a brand ambassador
-Acting as the right hand to the Store Manager and taking on different in store tasks and projects as needed
Requirements: 2+ years of Assistant Manager or supervisor experience
Salary: $70,000-75,000 + commission
*Salary is commensurate with experience and is an estimated range provided by JBC
