Accounts Receivable Representative/Manager

JBC is hiring! We are looking for an Accounts Receivable Representative/Manager for our organization. 

Title: Accounts Receivable Representative/Manager
Comp Target: 55-75k + Discretionary Bonus

Function:
-Direct client point of contact for high transaction staffing firm with regards to all aspects of accounts receivable
-Daily communication with payables partners
-Basic general ledger work (Quickbooks/Netsuite ++)
-Responsible for driving collections rates and ensuring efficient invoicing process is maintained
-Manage external client billings platforms 
-Work with internal/external partners for escalation where needed
-Direct interaction with internal development team to innovate on technology interface as it pertains to the collections process

Requirements:
-College Degree
-2-3 Years Minimum Job Experience 
-Finance/Admin Experience
-Prior High Volume/Fast Paced Job Experience  
-Staffing Industry Experience ++
