Our client, a boutique ad agency that values DEI and sustainability, is seeking a full-time Account Supervisor. This role is on-site full-time in Chicago.
In this role, you’ll run the day-to-day relationship with a high-end lifestyle account and support other accounts across all categories on project-based work. You’ll oversee creative development for brand refreshes, websites, digital and lead generation campaigns, videos, and more.
Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day communication with clients and ensure work exceeds expectations
- Contribute to strategic marketing planning for clients and follow through with plan execution
- Provide strategic, creative, and consultative input to clients, helping to solve their business problems
- Earn new business from existing clients, through consistent partnership, creative solutions, and outstanding customer service
- Lead a team of account executives, supporting their development and monitoring performance
- Brief the creative team and convey client feedback
- QA design materials, copy, production art, and layouts and obtain client approvals
- Handle client invoicing and proposals and work closely with Finance on timely collections
- Jump in with project management as needed; we’re a small and nimble agency, where team members at all levels do whatever it takes to get the job done
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in account services in an agency setting
- Experience working with lifestyle accounts is a plus
- Leadership or mentorship experience

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or similar
