Karina Ugarte is an entrepreneur, dog lover, and Client Partner at JBC. She was born and raised in sunny Miami, FL but her family is from Paraguay in South America. Karina received her Bachelor’s from The University of Miami and then worked in marketing at LivingSocial in Washington D.C., where she evaluated clients' business operations and services to produce the most suitable marketing campaigns. Afterwards, she moved into Business Development within the creative and digital staffing industry and has worked for over 5 years at top staffing firms with a focus on digital, marketing, UI/UX and more! Karina strives to deliver a highly personalized experience to all her clients whether in English, Spanish, or French, ensuring their business expectations are exceeded.
On the weekends, Karina spends time taking her puppy Oso on long walks and partners with her mother to grow her family’s bakery business, Saccarello.
